Bison liver is a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, as well as B vitamins. Our bison liver is slowly dehydrated over a long period of time. This slow process of dehydration perfectly preserves our bison liver without the use of additives or preservatives. Our dehydration process removes almost all of the moisture allowing our products to be naturally shelf stable for over 2 years. This bison liver treat is hand-made in our very own CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agency) certified plant located in Richmond, BC Canada.
